Get Your Loan Pre-Approved

Find a House

Exchange Contracts
Once you have decided on the house you want, you will formally exchange contracts. Ideally the Purchase Contract should include the condition that the purchase is subject to Finance being formally approved within 14 days of the signing of the contract.
Formal Approval
Once you have provided a copy of your purchase contract to Select A Mortgage, we will arrange formal approval of your loan application.
Choose a Solicitor or Conveyancer
Once you have all your finances in order you will need a solicitor. Select A Mortgage can assist you in finding a solicitor/conveyancer in your local area. Your Solicitor/Conveyancer will complete the settlement arrangements for your new home.
